Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using WizeList, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WizeList after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration
To use WizeList, you must create an account. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WizeList to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Send spam or unsolicited content
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
Intellectual Property
WizeList and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WizeList and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, such as shopping lists, to-do lists, items, tasks, and notes.
Shared Content
When you share a list, to-do list, or group with other users, they can view and interact with the items or tasks on that list. You are responsible for what you share.
Other members of a shared list or group can see item names, task titles, quantities, notes, categories, priorities, and status updates you add.
Availability & Changes
WizeList is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the service.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
WizeList is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
This includes, but is not limited to, lost data, missed shopping items, missed tasks, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You use the service at your own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Romania.
