About these terms
These terms cover the WizeList Beta program and the eMAG voucher campaign that runs alongside it. By signing up as a beta tester you confirm that you have read and agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The organizer of the beta program and the voucher campaign is the WizeList team ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].
The Beta program
WizeList Beta is pre-release software provided for testing. It may contain bugs, change without notice, lose data, or become unavailable at any time. We provide it "as is", with no guarantee of availability or fitness for any purpose.
To take part you sign up with your name and email. We use them only to send you the beta, explain how to take part, and match your voucher — see our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing [email protected].
The voucher campaign
- The first 50 testers who try WizeList and send us qualifying feedback each receive one eMAG gift voucher worth 25 lei.
- To qualify you must (1) sign up for the beta, and (2) send feedback using the same email address you signed up with — either through the feedback form on this site or directly inside the app with the account you signed up with.
- The offer is limited to 50 vouchers in total, awarded in the order that qualifying feedback is received. Once 50 vouchers have been awarded, the campaign ends.
- One voucher per person and per email address. Duplicate signups, fake feedback, or any attempt to game the campaign lead to disqualification.
- Feedback must be genuine — a real attempt to help us improve the app. Empty, spam, or automated submissions do not qualify.
- We send the voucher code to your signup email within 30 days of you qualifying.
About the voucher
- The voucher is an eMAG gift voucher and is subject to eMAG's own terms of use. WizeList is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eMAG.
- Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
- You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to receiving the voucher.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to receive a voucher. Our team, and anyone involved in running the campaign, are not eligible.
Changes and cancellation
We may change, pause, or end the beta program and the voucher campaign at any time — for example if we run out of vouchers, detect abuse, or need to for legal or technical reasons. Where a change affects vouchers already earned, we will honor what you fairly qualified for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Romania.
