1. Using WizeList

By using WizeList you agree to these terms. Use it to organise shopping and household to-dos; don't use it to do anything illegal, abusive, or that violates someone else's rights.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

3. Your content

Lists, items, shops, and anything else you put in WizeList belongs to you. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and sync it on our servers so the app can work across devices and with family members you invite.

4. Shared lists and members

When you invite a family member to a list they can see and modify it according to the role you give them (owner / editor / viewer). You are responsible for only inviting people who should see that data.

5. Price

Core WizeList — shared lists, sync, groups, categories, shops, loyalty cards — is free for households. We may introduce optional premium features; we will never paywall existing free features.

6. Changes and availability

We try hard to keep WizeList running 24/7 but can't guarantee zero downtime. We may update or discontinue features; when a feature changes materially we'll let you know in-app.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or put other users at risk.

8. Liability

WizeList is provided "as is." We do our best, but we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, or where not applicable, the European Union.
